This was interesting to read so far.  I'm a bit curious about the era this story takes place in.  Did they have phones in the Vixtorian Era?  And sake in England?  

I don't think a good story needs smut to keep it going, but that's just me.  I'm wondering if Inuyasha will catch up with them, and what decisions they'll make regarding Rin.
