Don't know how you haven't got more reviews.  I liked your writing style and the premise of the story.  I also liked the way you connected the Shikon to actual world events, though I am grateful what you wrote is fiction.  Hopefully, Rin won't be alone for too long?  Poor girl, I really feel for her.  

Wow that was just wow...  I'm lost for words however, this was a great piece of work.  Loved it such a twist to the norm that it actually fit as if it were real....  Way to go loved it.  At least Rin survived.
