It's been a rather long time since I first found this work and I remember being so charmed by it at the time. Ever since then I think of it every now and then, so I come back for a reread. It's short, sweet, and perfect. It stands well on its own and made me imagine everything that happened from that fateful moment. Wonderfully done and beautiful.

Really enjoyed the first draft of this story and look forward to rereading your tweaks 

i like this.  messing with time can be tricky but is so fun and you are pulling it off really well.  inuyasha is the bystander watching what the future will bring, and it leads me to believe kagome remained in the past and lived the years with sesshoumaru.  i'd be interested to see how their relationship progresses, what the future of the future has in store, and how inuyasha feels about it XD

I love this chapter! It's basically the same as I remember it, apart from one small scene where modern Sess/Kagome peek out behind a corner to watch Kagome/Inuyasha walk away from the shop. Looking forward to reading the rest!!

I am loving the beginning of this...! I do recall reading something like this before, but would LOOOOVE to read it some more.

I didn't even realized this was gone from my favorites list.  I'm glad you decided to post it again.  I remember it was 3 or 4 chapters the last time I saw it, and Inuyasha was realizing that he was the reason or had been the catalyst that pushed them together; and their relationship hadn't even started yet they were just becoming some semblance of friends.  Him going off after Kikyou and I think snapping at Kagome for being extra nice to Sesshomaru when she had only been being polite was what he did.

I can't wait to see where this story goes, and if Inuyasha accepts what's happening or doesn't and what will happen to him.

I don't think I read this one when it was first around (depends on when it was posted) but I am liking it now!! Great setup, looking forward to more :)
