It's really nice to read finally something about Sesshoumaru's past. Although his memory is a sad one. And if he listened to Kagome's teachings, he will forget about his mother's transgression and take away the power she holds over him.

This was kind of a sad little chapter...poor Sesshomaru.

I think, if his mother had not have left him the way she did and under the circumstances that she did he may not have taken a nose dive into that non-emotional void.

what an unexpected turn of events! Well done. You really surprised me with this one. But there quite a few questions I have now. You said that Kagome's soul left her body to revive the others. And her body became the vessel of the jewel. So wouldn't that mean that Kagome as Kagome doesn't exist anymore? Her body was without a soul and the jewel took its place. That would mean that the jewel is a being for itself and just uses Kagome's body.

Or did I get something wrong?

I like where you are taking the story but has me a little confused.  Is Kagome still telling her story to Sesshomaru to give him insight on emotions or has it ended with Inuyasha bursting in on their conversation and Sesshomaru walking away?

With that last sentence, it sounds like the end of this whole one shot although it shows it's incomplete.  Will there be more chapters to post?

It doesn't explain if Sesshomaru learned anything or got a grasped on the whole 'having emotions' concept'.  

Where is Shippo?  Did she revive his father as well?

I really like where your story is going. And I'm curious now about Kagome's wish. Her thoughts are justified. What about all the others? Why should Kikyo and Inuyasha have this privilege?

You might want to check out your last chapters. There were quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes. And you should think about the length of your chapters. There were a few very short ones. Try to maintain the length of your first chapter.
