Sad story but the end was magnificent.   Well written full of emotion..  but I hate a weak seshomarus and kags.  I would have killed the bitch.  Mother's in law are sometimes bad especially when money title or race is involve.  Great job.

It just seemed odd since you tended to switch between them and it was touch confusing at first.

Wow...a very good story.  I liked the ending alot...too bad the other twin had to die. It would have been awesome if she had lived.

It was a good thing that Sessomaru got custody of his son.  At least he has a chance to have a normal life and a real mother figure in his life.

And Rin gets to have her dream family and all the love that she deserved. She gets to live for herself and her twin.

Such a short and sweet story. I enjoyed it tremendously! Although, I kinda would've liked to see Sesshomaru's mother see the error to her ways or rather all of the effects of her plotting/how many lives she ruined as a result. But overall, great story! Thanks for finishing this before you get busy at school (if I remember correctly...) and good luck with that, as well!

It was cute but you really did leave alot of questions.

While I was reading this, I had a flash of the kids grown up.

Kiyoshi inheriting his father's position, all the responsibilities and work.

Rin inheriting the shrine, being the shrine priestess and fully engaged in the spiritual work.

It'd be awesome to see the interactions of a supposedly simple shrine having such close connections to the Western rulers.  I can imagine scenes of the siblings meeting at both locations for a dinner or some function, just to catch up or supporting each other for a public event.  Scenes of one of them sending someone to the other, just knowing they could help and the person was worthy.  Scenes showing their closeness, even though they live very different lives.

I love how this story ended, please don't get me wrong.  I just had visions of their future.  So sweet.

This chapter was awesome.  I'm so proud of Sesshomaru. He finally had done the right thing and now they are family .  I  wish someone can go after Sesshomaru's mother because she was the cause of all this pain.

I’m so happy!!!!!! Sesshomaru made me so proud using Tenseiga on those kids!!! I feel so happy for them and I hope Kagome will finally get her happy ever after now!!!

I know you described Rin with silver hair and gold eyes like Sesshomaru, but did she have ears like Inuyasha or like her father?

Was she full-blood or hanyou?  And I am assuming that she is older than Sesshomaru's son...right??
