I hope not Kohaku, that would be the breaking point for both Rin and Sango, with his whole life carrying the weight of Naraku it would only be fitting that the afterlife give him some piece.....so maybe Jaken-sama instead!

I love your story. It was hard to make myself stop reading it to go to bed over the lastfew days.  I love the idea of Kagome being found by the Yokai by her being sassy in a mythology class.  I love the interactions between her and Sesshomaru and Koga.  The alpha dynamic between Sesshomaru is great. I can't wait to read more.

Is that Inu No Taisho with her? I can't wait for more!!!!!

Aw, I’m really enjoying this story! I was actually quite surprised that the baubles brought back long since passed loved ones! Interesting twist! That said, I was hoping for some explanation as to why they would have returned to her at the age at which she left them (though I suppose you haven’t really detailed what happened after Inuyasha’s wish). I’m loving the little flame beginning between Kagome and Sesshoumaru; I also enjoy Kagome holding her own with it, though I suppose that remains to be seen. Your writing is lovely and clean, the dialogue has seamless flow, which speaks to that. Also, can I give you an extra ten stars for Jeff Buckley...! Swoon. Can’t wait for the next update.

This makes sense. I mean the way she and Inuyasha parted, thinking she would be forgotten and hanging onto the past only to be disappointed that no one else in the world understands would make anyone lose their spark. It also makes sense that Sesshou wouldn't want to attach himself to a person that doesn't know their purpose. Rin was a child, but she knew who she was and what she wanted. I think it's realistic that both would hestitate for the reasons you laid out. 

Here's to hoping that Kagome's spark doesn't devolve into rude, snarky behavior though.
