I'm not sure why, but Sesshoumaru thinking "Hmmm! Hmmm! Hmmm! Hmmm! Hmmm!" is cracking me up. 

I'm looking for changes to the story, but am not seeing any real difference between this and what was posted on Media Miner several years ago. Will that site be updates well, or are you just catching up? 

Finally caught up.

The only thing I dislike is the Japanese words/phrasing sprinkled into English sentences are annoying. Names of objects that aren't easily translated and titles are to be expected, but words we have translations for - like onegai, doushite, iie, etc - are superfluous. [This is just a pet peeve that I have for all fanfiction with a Japanese source material, so it's definitely not a criticism of your work] Oh, and I couldn't care less about Inuyasha's POV, especially when at the end of feeling bad for how he treats Kago, he runs off to see his true love. So far he only feels sorry for himself, which is almost exactly how he behaved in the manga so kudos for keeping him in character. I can't wait to see his reaction once Kago & Sess' nighttime adventures are discovered.

The story is enjoyable so far. I'm really interested in seeing how you explain Kagome's interesting changes.

I'm only on the first chapter and am going to guess this little plot will backfire on our dear Lord. How could he possibly think that his plan is any different than the others he thought of? Spells are not free will, so how will be trick his beast into thinking it is? smh @ him and how desperate he is.

Great chapter and welcome back. Well done, lots of detail and I like the glossary at the end. I like the amount of background story you have when dealing with sesshomaru. No sudden actions or kagome running from inuyasha or being alone. I love how you almost stress the fact that it took him months to do everything and that even before then he was watching or thinking of kagome. But with her being a powerful miko wouldn't she simply purify the potion? If so sesshomaru would have to find some other means of obtaining her. Where is shippou in all this? even young that he is, he might be able to smell or sense the magic of the potion. Can't wait for the next chapter.
