I really like this story. But I honestly can not see how Kagome could forgive Inuyasha for leaving her alone to fend for herself with no protection. I really don't see how Inuyasha could possibly love Kagome and leave her for all those years. But then again I am not a great Inuyasha fan.I see what he did as selfish as he got to be a full demon and the Jewels magic is gone and Kagome is stuck in the past. What now he is full demon and no Kikyo around Kagome is now good enough. Yes I think there could be feelings but kove? maybe love for a friend or possible family. I cannot wait for you to continue writing this story. I do love a Sess/Kag pairing.

Hi there, I bet you thought I gave up on this story because I have not reviewed in awhile, nope I would'nt give up on one my favorite authors. I was just trying to get caught up on my favorite fanfiction stories. RL said no and I said yes FF is my stress reliever. I was saving this one for last because I knew reading this one would save the day and I was not disappointed. I just love this story.

So I stand corrected. Your plot twister with Inuyasha being alive and mostly innocent ruined it for me a little bit because I was hoping that he was guilty as hell and that Kagome was going find him kick his ass, torcher him and then kill him to get her revenge. Just when things were getting good between her and Sessho bam he shows (can you tell Yasha is not favorite character most of the time) up. But I have to admit you did a good job in bringing his sorry butt back into the picture. Even as a full demon he did'nt seem to have matured too much. I hope Kagome does not go and start having feelings for him again, Sessho is much better for her than him.

I love the way you got Sessho and Kagome to start having feelings for each other.  Kagome having her first kiss from Sessho couldn't have been better. If I had my first kiss by a gorgeous hunk of a man like him, I probably would have been jumping all over the forest like a mad woman but she held her decorum. Nice move. Being in his pack I think he forgot to tell her that the position she holds technically is alpha female. Am I right?

This chapter 14 was very good. Does Inuyasha really think he can just pick up where he and Kagome left off before the tragedy? Like Sessho mused about that Inu does not deserve a woman like Kagome and I don't think he could handle her. Emotionally Kagome needs to mature and I hope Sessho will be her her first and only man to help her get to that point. Also Sessho thinks that mating her would end his bloodline because he thinks that their pups would all be hanyou but Kagome being as powerful as she is should surprise him and have full blooded pups, first one of course being a mini me Sessho. That would be so cute and each pup they have will have a combination of both their powers. They would be a hell of a family. Rin should fall in love with a handome youkai and have her life extended to match his, that way Sessho and Kagome won't lose her to human mortality.

Phew I talk too much. Need to quit here except to let you know what an exceptional and talented writer you are of all your stories.  I look forward to updates on this story and Fire and Ice too. Fantastic job!

I've just discord discovered this story and read it straight straight through.I'm enjoying so far.I'm assuming that Kagome Is relying on Sesshoumaru to verify whether Inuyasha is being truthful. She's going too need some time to put the pieces back together.

I understand that he was concerned she would purify him if he approached her right after that happened but he did abandon her not only to the elements but to her own thoughts as well. That would have been something like torture for the young woman who would have lost both her worlds in that moment.
