Wow.  I'm really impressed with this fic.  I love the slow build of the friendship? (not sure what to call it) between Sesshomaru and Kagome.  The backstory between InuYahsa and Kagome was believable and it's kind of nice to see that the blame for their eventual parting lay only on Inu's shoulders.  They share the guilt and the responsibility for their relationship not succeeding.  It was sad but so believable.

Sesshomaru is such a master at misdirection and combined with Kagome's fears and low self-esteem and his history, I can see why she's reluctant to see his interest.  I'm glad that InuYasha basically warned Kagome while giving his blessing of sorts.  

I'm curious how things will play out, though.  Kagome seems to be set on succeeding in photography and making a name for herself.  How will this play a factor in their budding relationship?

As for the torn rotator cuff, ugh.  I feel your pain.  My husband completely tore his - all 4 tendons.  He had a successful surgery and almost 8 months later, he should be released for full duty (he's been on light duty work for 3 months now).  All I can tell you is follow all of your doctor's and physical therapists instructions.  Do all of your exercises and stretches.  If you don't, you won't get your full mobility back and that will suck.

Good luck to you on your recovery and don't force the writing, especially if it hurts!

The interactions between Sesshomaru and Kagome in this chapter was so magnetic ! It felt like they were finally crossing a life changing bridge :)

I am sorry to hear about your rotator cuff, golf is soooo not as easy as some people make it seem. I hope that your physiotherapy goes along smoothly :))
