Ha Ha! This sounds so good! Sesshomaru turning into a giant dog just to stomp all over a school and turn it to ash!!!???!!! How many people out there wanted that to happen to their own school!!! I bet before he left the rubble pile he kicked dirt over it with his back legs like any other animal would!
As for Izayoi and Togua's "love fest" at the table, perhaps Sesshomaru and Inuyasha should have politely suggested to them that they could have breakfast sent to their room next time. That way no one would be "inconvienced" at the table. I personally would have gagged in front of my parents as well for that.
Can't wait for the next chapter! And to see if Kikyo complains about how she is supposed to be more powerful than Kagome, etc. This story is going to be good!!!
Modernized IY FF's don't normally do it for me. However I was curious about this from your description and I was DEFINATELY not disappointed when I finished the first chapter. I love the direction fanfic is going in and I like your writing style. :3 Can't wait to see where it goes! ^ ú ^

Sesshoumaru was rude, but I think Kagome was too. Insulting someone's family usually doesn't equal hand holding. I really hope both of them have some growth. Sesshoumaru is way too much of a loner/elitist (even though it seems to be a natural part of his personality) and Kagome feels she has a right to make decisions for people/insert herself in whatever way she wants without ever worrying for being called on it. So much growth to go around! So curious about the changing up of the Midoriko history!
