Oh no, it doesn't have to be sex. They have to be closer, but they don't need to be together in that way for the bond to streghten, and its also an emotional thing.

Glad that you enjoyed the first part of Sweet betrayal! I'm sorry you wanted it to be longer, but the reason it's shorter is that this is the closest I can get to a Sess/Kag one-shot. For some reason, I just can't write anything less than three chapter for this pairing - the only time I managed to write a one-shot, I actually thought I'd died and gone to heaven, LOL! Plus, I've got too much story from In Death to even think about starting another multi-chapter Sess/Kag right now, lol.
