This chapter is also not in first person any more.Too hard to remember I this, and me, and stuff when its not me, it's Kagome.

Chapter 2

(The New Companion and Problems)

She looked up into her savior's face, "Sesshomaru?"

"Get out of here, I will handle him."he said a little more coldly then he meant to.He felt her anger rise.

By now she had breath back by now, she stood up with new rage. "Who said i'm hiding! I'm helping kill this bastard and that's that."she said without room for aurguement.

"Fine, but don't get killed. I'm not going to save you."he said even colder. If words could do anything to your surroundings, it would be snowing with icecycles hanging from every tree, and there would be an ice cube that was once a girl named Kagome Higurashi.

She shivered at his cold tone towards her. It was like he was never the gentle, caring person he showed her back at the spring. Now she knew she could have anything with him. He was nothing but a cold hard ice prick. Latley she couldn't stop thinking about him, like she liked him, she thought she could be with him in her fanasy, and she was right, in her fanasy. He acted like she didn't exsist.To him, she knew she didn't exist.

Tears welled in her eyes, then fell all at once.

'Look at me, crying over something so trivial. All he did was tell me to get back, but maybe I was just in his way, so he pulled Naraku off of me, not to save me.' All she was was feel worse at this statement. She felt like someone had dumped a bucket of ice cold water on her head, and said, "Stop daydreaming, It ain't gonna happen."

Through the entire ordeal, she failed to realize that Naraku had escaped, yet again. She also failed to realize that Sesshomaru was watching her steadly, wondering why she was cring.

He extended his hand, wiping a tear off her cheek. He hadn't meant to sound so cold, but that's how it turned out. He had been dreaming a few nights of her, of his Kagome, and he would wake up sweating after a firery dream.

He moved leaned down, Kagome thinking he was going to kiss her, but to her disapointment, he went pass her face, and whispered in he ear, "I'm apologize. Also, about earlier, -he could see her blush- I wish to join your group." Then kissed the side of her head then turned to her companions.

He would've laughed if it was in his nature.

Inuyasha had his moth hanging wide open, the monk was drooling -probably over his bad thoughts-, the girl, Sango, had wide eyes as well as the Kitsune, and the cat looked as if she didn't care.

"I would like to join your group.Do you accept or decline?" If possible, there eyes got wider, well miroku just drooled more. Inuyasha was the first out of his hipnoptized state, one would think he didn't even hear Sesshomaru's question,er.........statement.

"Why are all over MY Kagome?!"he screamed as walked up and got all up in Sesshomaru's face.

Kagome almost crin ---------

WEIRD INTERMISSION

Kira:Sesshomaru?You just gonna take dat bro?

Kega:I know!He just gonna sit there and take that!If that me, I wouldn't be standing there -

Kira:yes you would

Kega:*growls*As I was saying..........

Inu Cast: *sweatdrops*

Kagome almost cringed.........Sesshomaru wouldn't take to well to that.

"If I were you half-breed, I would get out of this Sesshomaru's face, now." he said to calmly.

This wasn't going to well, and Kagome knew it. "Inuyasha? Why don't you just answer his question."

"What question?"he asked, walking around Sesshomaru to Kagome.

"About joining the group..........."she said really quiet. "Who?"

-long pause-

"Sesshomaru....."

-creepy silence-

'.............'

-normal silence-

'..............'

-annoying silence-

"WHATTTTTTTTT!!!???"he screamed so loud the birds flew off the trees, and Sesshomaru was tempted to cover his ears.

"Hell no. Ain't no way in hell."

Kagome grabbed him by his ear, and pulled him down to hear her."Say yes, and don't make me say it...."she whispered so low only he could hear it. Even Sesshomaru didn't hear it.

She let go of his ear, and he mumbled a few curses,then -with great reluctance- said yes."Fine."he then wondered off cursing, and rubbing his ear from the abuse.

"How'd you get him to agree?"

` "With the same, everyday idol threat."They knew what she meant.

Inu:*outside rolling around in the grass*
