I do not own Inuyasha, or any of the characters within.

Red and Then Gold
She loved it when Sesshomaru lost control. When his calm, stoic gaze swam with crimson and the pupils slimmed into aquamarine slits, her heart raced; her hair stood on end; and blood roared in her ears. There was nothing quite like being pinned within those ruby red depths. It mattered not what was happening when that shift took place. When his dark aura brushed across her purity, tingling with a predatory intent, she was lost to him utterly.
On the battlefield, his foes fled before him or perished. None could escape him when his eyes flared red and his fangs sharpened with his rage. Sword glinting, muscles ripping, he was a tsunami of power that could not be resisted. She was awed by him, and although her heart beat with the danger of it, her blood stirred in lust and her soul sang of her feelings for him.
When he was deep and so, so hot inside her and the moon was high and the night was old, and their breaths were mingled together with their closeness, she strove to drive him wild. Nails would drag, teeth would bite, her body would writhe, and she reveled when those eyes glowed like ruby embers and he lost it within her. And yet...
No matter how much her skin had goosebumps when his growl split the night, or how her knees wobbled when his eyes were drenched in red and his sword sang with its swing...
Nothing was ever like when he calmed, when his breath was fanned across her neck, or when he stood blood smattered, framed against the stars, and he came to her and kissed her with love and murmured her name, "Kagome."
Nothing would ever complete her like when the red was washed away and gold glittered in victory.
