Chapter 97: Incompetence
The Lord of the Western Lands held back the urge to wrinkle his nose.
His clothes were still stained with Kagome’s blood and made his skin itch. To his disgust, parts of his hair and even his mokomoko had turned into a shade of rustic brown. He wanted nothing more than to cleanse himself, but refused to leave Kagome unsupervised.
The healer had yet to show up, and it was currently grating on his last nerve.
It seemed as though Moriko had slacked off in her duties to discipline the household while he was away.
He would definitely remedy that.
