I do not own Rumiko Takashi's characters, nor do I write this for a profit. This is being written for rOo's GM challenge. This is my first try at something like this, so I hope it is liked.
...
Kagome just had returned home from work. Sighing softly, she placed her bags down. She noticed her mother wasn't home so she went to look for a note in the kitchen. Her grandfather had died two years ago and Souta, as she knew, was away at some sort of camp. Her sister, Kikyo, had moved out years ago. So she and Buyo had the place to their selves. That was fine with her.
Her training as a miko had finally paid off and she was now the head miko of her family's shrine, since her Gramps passed it down to her. She used to just sense strong auras but became stronger once she started training. Now she could not only see this world but another closely aligned to ours; the fey realm.
When she first learned of this realm she also had to learn about their traditions and the like. So she had taken some time off to travel and learn about the faeries as well as other creatures that lived in this realm alongside us. In doing so she was taught a lot more about the realm that humans lived in and how they weren't the only ones, besides animals, who lived here. She knew that demons had once existed but she didn't realize they still did until then. While she ran into some caring demons, which made her trust in all demons grow stronger, she would not soon forget the biggest mistake she ever made, the one that changed her out look once again. She would never tell her family about what happened. They didn't need to know was how she saw it.
As she took off her coat she could feel a strong demonic aura heading her way. The aura was familiar and the feeling of it sent shivers down her spine. She gulped as she thought, 'No, it can't be him,' then saw Buyo hissing and scratching at the laundry room door. Shakily, she opened it letting Buyo inside it then watched him puff up and hiss at the back door. Slowly she entered, getting closer to the window in the back door. She peered out, her eyes growing wide. Fear shone in them as she felt frozen in place. "No, it can't be....I banished him."
...
He stood in the outside air, the wind blowing his silver hair across his face. His amber eyes seemed to glow as a smirk crossed his face. He wore a black turtle neck along with black pants. The chain from his pocket watch that was latched to his belt could be seen, glistening in from the fading sunlight. His clawed hands were relaxed at his side. For so long he had waited to be here. He had regretted the actions that had locked him out from this enchantress before him.
'The woman whose spell that binds me and yet does not know what she has done to me. She thinks that I betrayed her, I'm sure. After all, she did banish me to that god-forsaken land, where I could no longer see her or hear her voice. That look I see in her eyes. Is that fear? Is it surprised? How much I longed to find you, dear Kagome,' he thought.
Speaking out loud, knowing she couldn't hear him but would be able to read his lips, he said, "I've been looking for you."
Reading the words upon his lips was enough to jerk her back to reality. He was really there, standing outside her back door. "S-Sesshomaru," she spoke, voice almost in a whisper. In a flash, she could see him at her door and was glad it was locked as he began jiggling the door handle. She could hear him now that he was closer.
"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Dear Kagome... Do you think this will keep me from you?" He laughed a bit. "Now, open the door like a good little girl."
She stepped back, putting up a small barrier as she went.
He began hammering on the door with his fist. "Kagome! Open this door!"
Then she ran out of the laundry room and slammed the door shut, forgetting Buyo was in there. There was a chance she wouldn't have been able to move him anyways. Closing her eyes, sealing away her scent and aura, she then ran through the house. Grabbing a bag, she put food, money, and her cell phone in it. The barrier wouldn't last long, so she exited, and did not shut herself out until she heard the laundry room door being broken. She was happy that she had left the TV on loud. That way he wouldn't be able to hear her running.
Taking off as fast as she could, she got to the bus station at the same time as the bus. She got on and sat down in the back, willing to go as far as the bus would take her. He would realize she was gone soon enough and then start searching for her. Her heart would not slow as her fear still coursed through her. 'He's escaped and broke through the area I created for him after he betrayed me. '
Her thoughts wandered to that time, her blood running cold as they did. Even now she wasn't sure why he betrayed her; all that she knew was that he had sided with someone who planned on nothing but destruction. The man had planned on using her to get close to the faery's royalty then killing them off, making it look as though the humans had done it so that they would leave their realm then start a war against human kind. Kagome had stopped him before he could fulfill his wishes but couldn't do the same to Sesshomaru. He had been her friend and had seemed to care about her so she couldn't force herself to do it. Instead, using up much of her strength, she had sealed him away into a realm the faery folk were creating to help with the population issues they were having. He was there alone so she felt like he could survive then maybe she could free him, if she could ever forgive him that is.
The bus stopped and she got off. She was near a forest so she decided to run through it. It would be safer and she could probably unseal her scent and aura for a while. As she ran through it the light of the moon shone through the leaves. 'It's that late already? I hope he leaves before mother gets home,' she thought. It was then that she decided that she would leave for her sister's. From there she would get in touch with the faeries and inform them of the situation. She knew he would be looking for her so the best way to protect everyone was to get as far away as possible. Knowing that she couldn't defeat him and that, since he was here, sealing him away wouldn't work either, she dismissed those possibilities from her mind. 'He'll probably want to kill me,' she thought. She truly feared him now. There was no fear of him before, but now there was. Kagome knew how powerful he was. If she tried to kill him she would need more than 4 mikos plus her own strength. The woman didn't know of anyone with such a power that could help so she was alone in this.
'What will he do when he finds me,' she thought. Then she stopped, shaking her head. 'I won't let him find me. I'll keep running.'
Kagome began to grow tired but knew she still had a long way to go. So she found a nice place to lie down under a large tree. As her eyes closed she hoped for the best when she woke in the morning.
...
Waking up, her eyes opened a moment, and she found herself within her bed. The woman smiled, thinking how good it felt to be there, under the soft sheets. Closing her eyes again and turning over, she placed her hand upon the mattress. Opening her eyes quickly she found, instead of a cool, soft bed there was a warm, stiff cloth below her palm. Eyes fully open, there was someone's abdomen. She turned her face upward to see Sesshomaru; his hands were behind his head and a smirk on his face.
"Good evening, my dear." He said smoothly.
Kagome gasped then tried to get up, only to be held down by him.
"Now, now...Don't try to leave. It took me oh so long to get in contact with you this way."
"Get off of me, Sesshomaru!"
"This is my dream and your nightmare. So why don't you just calm yourself and make this easier." He leaned down closer to her face. "Do you really want me to make this a nightmare to remember," he asked as he licked her cheek.
She turned her face away in disgust, not wanting to see his face any longer.
He merely grinned before nibbling softly at her earlobe then sucking it into his mouth, swirling his tongue around it.
Kagome gulped as s strange fluttering began in her chest. 'What is this feeling,' she thought. She reasoned it to be fear. Wishing for him to stop, she said," Fine. Tell me what you want Sesshomaru."
He lifted his head, a smile on his face, but a strange gleam within his eyes. "Good girl. Let's see how long this will last though,' he replied. He paused, waiting for her to show she heard him. When she nodded, he continued to speak. "All right then. How about we start with where you are or where you may be going?"
Kagome shook her head slowly. Like she would tell him that!
Sesshomaru sighed, and leaned forward, biting down hard on her earlobe.
She flinched a bit, and she bit her lip, to try and not make a sound.
He then swirled his tongue around it again then raised his head. "Let me try this again. You know what I want, now answer my questions."
She was about to say 'no' again, when the light of the sun began to shine.
Sesshomaru growled as he saw it then turned back towards her. "Until we meet again. I'm afraid..."
The dream then began to fade around her.
...
Kagome jolted upright and sat there, looking around. The forest was still her surroundings. Her breath came out as a sigh. "So, he learned a new trick," she said out loud. Now that he knew how to reach her, even when she was away, she would have to travel at a faster pace. So she grabbed the cracker and sandwich packet from her bag then ate them quickly with a bottle of water on the side to quench her thirst. Rising on her feet, she was on her way. Knowing she should probably contact someone right now, she still felt she was too close to Sesshomaru. 'If I'm far enough away he may not be able to contact me through my dreams like he does.' She then began to wonder where his limits were and if she could get passed them,
Making her way out of the wooded area, she found herself near another city. Kagome then called a taxi to take her to the other side of town. Once there she decided to call and tell her sis she was coming, though not telling her where she was or what had happened just that they'd talk once she was there. Then she rented a car and started driving to where her sister lived. As the woman drove into the city as night began to fall. 'I better get something to eat.' Pulling up at a motel, she checked in after she grabbed some food from WacDonalds. Once she ate she checked to see that she had any money left.
Wearing a motel robe and hanging her clothes to dry the rest of the way after washing them in the tub and drying them with a complimentary hair dryer, she relaxed on the bed. She tried to stay awake, knowing that he would probably be there when she shut her eyes. It seemed like hours as she strained her eyes to keep open while she tossed and turned to stay awake. But she just couldn't do it anymore and around four am she passed out.
...
Kagome woke up then looked over to see him sitting beside her, forming some kind of light from his hand. It looked like the type he enshrouded himself in when he was traveling quickly. His look was dull, as though he seemed bored with what he was doing. Trying to get up, it was found that her hands were unable to move. The light that he held was the same thing that held her arms in place.
"It's no use to try to get up so don't try to struggle. I grew tired of holding you down, even though it was pleasurable in its own way." He looked down at her, smirking again.
If she wasn't so worried about the situation she would wonder if that smirk wasn't plastered to his face permanently. She turned her head away again, not wanting to look him straight in the face.
"I see that you fell asleep after a nice hot bath or shower. Although, I assume it probably wasn't a bath since your face had that luscious, soft pink coloring to it that only comes from showering. It pleases me." He slid the back of his hand across her face.
Her eyes turned towards him, seeing a wild gaze in his eyes. 'I don't like that look.' Then, her mouth ran before she could stop herself. "I'll remember that. I want to do nothing that pleases you."
Eyes narrowing a bit, his kept his hand upon her face. The hand merely turned over to press its palm gently against her face. "We will have none of that." He then placed his hands on either side of her and leaned down. Whisper roughly in her ear, "Now, be a good woman and tell me where you are before I grow too impatient and I can no longer keep this from being one of the most delectable dreams you've ever had."
A shiver coursed through her from the sound of his low and rough voice. Right then, she knew full well the different things he could be possibly thinking. Why was he doing this? Did he wish for her death? Gulping again, she denied him the answers once. "No," she replied. She could hear him breathe in slightly.
He placed his hand on her chest and began to slide the robe open, his other hand untying the front of it. It was right before it would uncover her breasts when he stopped, a wicked expression upon his face. "Come now, there is no need to be this way," he said. "It's not hard to tell me where you are."
"It's even easier to just say 'no' Se-ssho-ma-ru," she replied.
"Very well. If you insist on being unreasonable a bit longer..."
She could feel as the cold air came upon her right breast as he slid the robe off of it. He looked upon it, as though he had been waiting for that moment. He then began to knead it, looking at her face.
Her teeth bit into her bottom lip, to hold in the gasp that tried to escape. What she was feeling was something she didn't want to believe. 'It feels...good,' her mind told her as she wanted to moan out loud but dared not. Her body had never been touched in such a way. Shame flushed her and she hated how his actions made her feel. 'Darn it. You shouldn't like this,' was thought.
Sesshomaru used his other hand to slide the left breast free, as he began to knead it as well, slightly twirled the nipple between his fingers.
She closed her eyes. It hurt a little, but did indeed feel good. Her eyes then shot open as she felt something warm and wet touch the top of her right breast. Widening those orbs, she watched him swirl his tongue around her nipple before wrapping his lips around it and sucking a bit. A slight moan escaped her lips, making her feel disgusted with herself. His grin could be felt, as placed his teeth gently on it and rolled it a bit between them. Thoughts began to conflict, and she could hardly handle herself. "I-I-I'm at a motel...," she said, surrendering only a bit.
He stopped his ministrations with his mouth but not what his left hand was doing with the other. "It's a start but it's not good enough." Sesshomaru was about to start again when the sun began to rise once again. A groan was heard. Unhappy with the situation, he sat up looking out the window. "We will continue this soon."
...
Kagome awoke again then curled up in a ball the bed. 'He's getting closer,' she thought. It was morning again but she didn't feel like moving. Feeling a bit disgusted with herself from the dream, she got up, and took another shower. When she got out she then dressed shortly afterwards. The rental car pulled out of the motel and she began to head towards her sister's home
When she was close to Kikyo's home, she felt tired. 'I cannot rest. I can't afford to.' Walking up to the front doors of her sister's home, she rapped softly at the door. Her head lowered, she was having a hard time keeping it up. Then her sister answered. The story unfolded that she just wanted to get away from work, without them knowing where she was. There was a need for a break so she had rented a car and came to see her. When she had called her she told her that she was at work at the time. Kikyo, luckily, her sister and told her she could stay as long as she needed. Thanking Kikyo, she gave her sis a big hug. Hopefully, she could stay a while before he would be getting close again.
